    Tests: Cover page dropdown walker output.

    Add direct coverage for `Walker_PageDropdown` option markup, ID-based selection, value fields, title fallback, and escaping. Verify the `list_pages` filter receives the expected arguments and its result is escaped. Cover output appending and nested page indentation using in-memory fixtures.
