    Build/Test Tools: Wait for installation test cleanup to take effect.

    After restoring `wp-config.php` and removing the temporary installation tables, wait for a fresh request to `wp-login.php` to display the login form. This prevents the following E2E test from reaching the installer while PHP still serves the previous configuration.

    Retry only the readiness navigation within a bounded timeout. Keep configuration restoration, table cleanup, and the installation assertions unchanged.
