    [perly] function invocation -> Unify logical name for function

    Affected Perl expressions:
    - `function { } ...`
    - `&function`
    - `&function ()`
    - `function`
    - `function ()`
    - `function arguments`

    Motivation:
    Using a common name across multiple actions reduces the cognitive load
    placed on the reader, maintainer, or reviewer.
