    Tests: Expand category ancestry tests.

    Expand `cat_is_ancestor_of()` coverage for hierarchy depth, category IDs and objects, invalid inputs, and unrelated terms. Preserve the hierarchical cross-taxonomy regression test that protects the category-only restriction.
