    tools: add show segment-routing srv6 sid to the zebra support bundle

    When a topotest fails on SRv6, the support bundle of zebra does not show
    the SRv6 SIDs allocated by zebra, nor the daemons that use them. A SID
    released while a BGP VPN path still uses it can not be seen once the
    test has failed.

    The zebra command list of support_bundle_commands.conf has no SRv6 SID
    command.

    Fix this by adding 'show segment-routing srv6 sid' to the zebra command
    list.
