    Docs: Use lowercase for native PHP types in `@param` and `@return` tags.

    Per the [https://developer.wordpress.org/coding-standards/inline-documentation-standards/php/ inline documentation standards], native PHP types should be written in lowercase. This commit fixes the two remaining capitalized native types in `@param` and `@return` tags in core.

    Developed in https://github.com/WordPress/wordpress-develop/pull/13845.
