    Tests: Clarify the allowed-options data provider name.

    Rename `data_invalid_new_allowed_options()` to `data_new_allowed_options_without_additions()` and update its `@dataProvider` reference. The empty-array dataset is valid input that adds nothing, rather than invalid input. Preserve all datasets and assertions.
