    This reverts commit 740fde89fa2ff46aa80924d8a826b70facd60115.

    The bottom line is this restores a test that had been disabled due to
    flapping.  This is in order to see if it has somehow gotten fixed, or
    needs more attention.

    It is early enough in the development cycle to experiment with this.
