    Tests: Remove duplicate matches-map callback tests.

    Remove the three direct `WP_MatchesMapRegex::callback()` cases and their provider. The retained `apply()` datasets exercise the same callback path and cover match selection, URL encoding, and missing matches.

    Follow-up to [64376].
