    Tests: Isolate the navigation menu ID filter per test.

    Remove `_nav_menu_item_id_use_once` in `Tests_Menu_wpNavMenu::set_up()` after the parent setup. The test harness restores hooks after each test, so removing the filter only during class setup allows it to return and strip menu-item IDs from later output.

    Rely on the normal per-test teardown to restore the filter.
