    Tests: Serve the site without a port in a prefetch test.

    The test of a `redirect_to` naming the default port of its scheme asserted that the admin URL had no port of its own. That fails where the test site is served on another port, as it is in CI on port 8889. The test now removes any port from the `home` and `siteurl` options first, so the admin URL has none in any environment.

    Follow-up to r64120.
