    avcodec/avcodec: Remove emms_c from avcodec_default_execute() funcs

    Fixing mmx issues by clearing the FPU state in these callbacks
    was always a bad design, as it does not fix issues when these
    callbacks are overridden (either by the user or our slice-threading
    code). Anyway, we got rid of so many mmx functions that these emms
    here are obsolete (the remaining codecs still using mmx are guaranteed
    not to call these functions).
