    Tests: Cover `validate_plugin_requirements()`.

    Add coverage for compatible and incompatible WordPress and PHP requirements, plugin dependencies, PHP update annotations, and validation filters. Guard temporary plugin fixtures against overwrites and reset dependency state between tests.
