    hints/darwin.sh: $cccdlflags is handled in Configure

    Handling $cccdlflags was added to hints/darwin.sh in commit c374061b9ba
    Later added to Configure in commit b6cc0f4ce63

    Drop the block since the case statement checks for $ccdlflags and sets
    $cccdlflags
