    Add the missing space between sentences in the stock notification email footers (#69812)

    fix: add the missing space between sentences in stock notification email footers

    The footer echoed the sign-up sentence and the manage/unsubscribe sentence back to back in one PHP block, rendering "on our store.To manage". Echo a space between them and bump the template versions to 11.3.0.
