    hw/arm/aspeed_ast1700: Remove unused unimplemented device field

    AST1700 now uses create_unimplemented_devices() for its unimplemented
    devices. Remove the old "i3c" field in AspeedAST1700SoCState, which is
    not used anymore.

    No functional change.
