    Tests: Cover elapsed request time from `timer_float()`.

    Verify that `timer_float()` returns elapsed seconds as a float, bounded by the supplied request-start timestamp and the current time. Restore `$_SERVER['REQUEST_TIME_FLOAT']` after the test.
