    Build/Test Tools: Add descriptions for registered Grunt tasks.

    Add descriptions to 30 tasks in `Gruntfile.js` so `grunt --help` explains their purpose instead of showing generic placeholders. Preserve task implementations and lists, and retain the existing description for the `apply` alias.
