    Build/Test Tools: Cover successful media uploads.

    Upload a JPEG through the media uploader's file picker and verify the completed attachment title and its Edit link. Capture the attachment ID before assertions so cleanup removes the uploaded attachment even when a check fails.

    Reuse the existing JPEG fixture and retain the failed-upload dismissal test.
