    doc/man7/openssl_user_macros.pod.in: tuning of OPENSSL_ENGINE_STUBS description

    Change "help the easy transition" to "help to ease the transition"
    (seems to be a typo), update wrapping/spacing slightly, change
    "the removed API" to "the removed API functionality".
