    Tests: Trim repeated metadata lazy-loader test cases.

    Remove the empty-string and empty-array datasets from `data_check_values()`. Retain `null`, `false`, and a nonempty value to cover cache priming and unchanged pass-through values in `WP_Metadata_Lazyloader::lazyload_meta_callback()`.

    Follow-up to [64377].
