Commit fbdda72daf for perl

commit fbdda72daf16c5ed20ee2814df3e2f4bb7009aa4
Author: Andrew Hewus Fresh <afresh1@openbsd.org>

Use the system atof() on vax instead of perl's

Because numbers on vax are special.

Thanks to miod@ for noting that they are special and leont on
    irc.perl.org#p5p for the fix.

This resolves some floating point exceptions in perl.

While OpenBSD no longer supports vax, there is a fairly high chance
someone is keeping it alive locally.
