    Tests: Check that saving General Settings keeps the theme options.

    Add an E2E regression test for the Gutenberg 10.7 bug that cleared `stylesheet` and `template` when General Settings were saved. The test saves a new tagline through the settings form, checks both theme options are unchanged, and restores the tagline.
