    Tests: Cover `rawurlencode_deep()` and `urldecode_deep()` on strings.

    Verify that `rawurlencode_deep()` encodes spaces, ampersands and equals signs, and that `urldecode_deep()` decodes both `+` and `%20`. Keep the existing `urlencode_deep()` tests.
