Compress the marketing hub extension logos (#69554)
* perf: Compress the marketing hub extension logos
Optimize 3 shipped images without changing file names, formats or dimensions.
The set shrinks from 19 KB to 2.9 KB (85%). Each file keeps a luma SSIM of at
least 0.98 against its trunk copy and a ssimulacra2 score of at least 80.
