commit 004782f993bc32304fe271203189cff144979548

Pass the ns3 instance to the stress test reload loop

Since f33e2b6d877, rndc_loop() calls .rndc() on its argument, but the
caller still passed the "10.53.0.3" string. The resulting
AttributeError ended the loop in its worker thread before the first
reload, and the unread future swallowed it, so the test has not
reloaded ns3 during the updates since.
