    hw/arm/aspeed_ast1040: Add Caliptra as an unimplemented device

    The AST1040 provides a Caliptra Wrapper at 0x74200000 with
    a size of 1MB, but it is not modeled yet.

    Add the Caliptra register region as an unimplemented device to reflect the
    AST1040 memory map.
