    Run customer Git jobs on a dedicated runner

    customer-git:* jobs are quick to complete and only need minimal
    resources.  Run them on the CI runner reserved for "small" jobs so that
    they do not need to wait for a dedicated VM to be provisioned before
    they can carry out their tasks.
