    Tests: Cover legacy widget settings conversion.

    Add coverage for `wp_convert_widget_settings()`, including single-widget conversion, preservation of multi-widget settings, front-end sidebar updates in memory, and admin persistence.

    Use a numeric string key that remains a string to distinguish `is_numeric()` from integer-only checks.
