    bgpd: remove SUBGRP_STATUS_FORCE_UPDATES from update_group_announce_walkcb

    The flag was added in 05ab8ceda4 ("bgpd: fix bgp max-med on-startup")
    to work around duplicate suppression where the MED value was written
    directly from bgp->maxmed_value at packet build time, bypassing
    attribute comparison.

    This is now fixed by cfa3e00025 ("bgpd: set max-med MED value in
    subgroup_announce_check") which sets attr->med so duplicate suppression
    works correctly.
