    Tests: Isolate uploads in a dedicated test directory.

    Use `wp-content/test-suite-uploads` for test uploads and remove leftover files once at startup. This prevents interrupted runs from causing filename collisions in later media tests and keeps test files separate from normal uploads.

    Update upload URL expectations and run tests for the `upload_path` and `upload_url_path` options in separate processes without the `UPLOADS` constant.
