    Tests: Clean up taxonomy and REST controller fixtures.

    Unregister custom taxonomies after the object-term, `WP_Term`, term update, and REST taxonomy controller tests, and custom post types after the REST post type controller tests. Remove the temporary `category` association with `attachment` while preserving the built-in taxonomy and parent teardown.
