    Tests: Cover unapproved comment author email lookup.

    Add coverage for `wp_get_unapproved_comment_author_email()`. Verify that a valid moderation hash for a recent comment takes precedence over the commenter cookie, and that missing, invalid, or expired query arguments fall back to the cookie. Cover the empty result when neither source is available.
