    Tests: Cover more admin helpers in `misc.php`.

    Verify that `got_url_rewrite()` reports support for each server check it combines, and that the `got_url_rewrite` filter overrides the result in both directions.

    Verify that `iis7_save_url_rewrite_rules()` writes a new `web.config`, adds WordPress rules to an existing one while keeping other rules, removes them when permalinks are plain, and returns early outside IIS and on multisite.

    Verify that `wp_reset_vars()` prefers `$_POST` over `$_GET`, treats empty and `'0'` values as missing, and overwrites existing globals.
