    Build/Test Tools: Mock the `wp_remote_fopen()` test request.

    Replace the live image download with a mocked HTTP response. Verify that `wp_remote_fopen()` returns the response body, requests safe URL handling, and uses a 10-second timeout.

    Move the success test into the default suite. Retain `external-http` on the empty-URL and bad-URL tests to preserve their real URL validation without triggering the default suite's HTTP guard.
