    doc/man3/d2i_X509.pod: remove non-const i2d_TYPE prototypes from SYNOPSIS

    Since OpenSSL 3.0 the i2d_TYPE(), i2d_TYPE_fp() and i2d_TYPE_bio()
    functions take a const TYPE argument.  The SYNOPSIS still listed
    the old non-const prototypes alongside the const ones, so each function
    appeared twice.  Drop the stale non-const lines.
