    chg: test: Move the isctest and asyncserver tests into isctest

    The `isctest` self-tests move from `bin/tests/system/selftest` to `bin/tests/system/isctest/tests`, and the asyncserver ones from `bin/tests/system/selftest_asyncdnsserver` to `bin/tests/system/isctest/asyncserver/tests`, laid out like `bin/tests/system` with one directory per server set. New tests cover the previously fixed asyncserver bugs; the mock server now answers a looping CNAME chain with SERVFAIL and refuses two zone files for the same zone.
