    Update AGENTS.md skill pointers to work across agent harnesses

    The skills live in .ai/skills/, which no major harness auto-discovers
    (Vibe, Claude Code, and Codex each use their own skill paths), so the
    previous "skills are invoked automatically" line did not hold. Point
    readers at the SKILL.md files explicitly, say "read" instead of
    "invoke", and list the previously missing woocommerce-store-api skill.
