    Tests: Cover plugin uninstall behavior.

    Add coverage for registered uninstall callbacks, full plugin paths, plugins without uninstall routines, and the `pre_uninstall_plugin` action. Verify `uninstall.php` execution, callback precedence, and cleanup of the plugin's registered uninstall callback. Extend coverage of `is_uninstallable_plugin()`.
