    Tests: Use local fixtures for HTTP header and cookie checks.

    Use the local redirection script for cookie handling and requests to an IP address with a custom `Host` header. Assert the header received by the server and retain the live endpoint fallback when the local fixture is unavailable.

    Preserve parent-domain cookie acceptance coverage through a simulated transport while exercising real cookie parsing and redirect handling.
