    avcodec/apv_parser: rename close to apv_close

Apple Clang LTO keeps this static function as the symbol close and
then binds libavformat's close(fd) to it. file_close() passes the
descriptor (3). The parser destructor treats that integer as an
AVCodecParserContext and faults on the first load (EXC_BAD_ACCESS at
    0x3b, which is 3+0x38). avformat_close_input dies after a successful
decode. Linux and Windows do not merge the two symbols, so the same
    binary is fine there.

The FFV1 parser had the same function name and was renamed in
584c41a4ac. This is the only remaining definition.
