    Tests: Clean up XML-RPC and REST term fixtures.

    Unregister custom taxonomies after the XML-RPC term editing, term insertion, and REST category and tag controller tests. Unregister the custom post type after XML-RPC post type tests. Preserve shared fixtures and parent teardown while removing registrations immediately after each test.
