    Tests: Stop passing objects to static methods through Reflection.

    PHP 8.6 has deprecated passing an object to `ReflectionMethod::invoke()` and `ReflectionMethodL::invokeArgs()` when the target method is static.

    This addresses this within two PHPUnit-related files.
