Fix banding in two payment icons compressed earlier (#69558)
* perf: Fix banding in two payment icons compressed earlier
The earlier compression cut the Airwallex and Mercado Pago 72x72 icons
to 16-colour palettes. The Airwallex gradient showed visible steps and
the Mercado Pago edges fringed. SSIM and ssimulacra2 stayed high, so
neither measure caught it.
Re-compress both from the original files with a larger palette that
keeps the error on smooth areas at 3 levels or less.
The two icons total 2.7 KB instead of 1.8 KB on trunk and 9.8 KB originally.
