    Decompress message names into their own fixedname buffers

    The names handed out by dns_message_gettempname() are dns_fixedname_t
    objects with an embedded buffer large enough for any name, yet the
    parser still decompressed owner and question names into the shared
    scratchpad buffer.  This consumed scratchpad space that was not needed
    and could force allocating extra scratchpad buffers for large
    messages.  Decompress the names directly into their own buffers, which
    leaves the scratchpad to the rdata alone.
