    avformat/http: clear the end of a chunked reply for every request

    Clear the end of the chunked encoding for every request, so that a
    chunked reply after a seek or a reconnect is read when an earlier
    chunked reply has ended, and restore it with the rest of the old reply
    when a seek fails.
