    libperl.t: use tempfile() for temporary file

    Most tests use tempfile() from test.pl for creating temporary files.
    This patch moves libperl.t from custom tempfile solution to the generic one.

    This patch also resolves possible conflict between libperl.t and authors.t
    when tests run in parallel, since tempfile() creates files that match
    t/tmp* .gitignore rule, while custom `libperl.t` solution did not.
