Commit db2e4c18f0 for ffmpeg

commit db2e4c18f09e3a17e701762982429bcbbc11a34b
Author: Andreas Rheinhardt <andreas.rheinhardt@outlook.com>

tests/checkasm/vf_limiter: Only initialize when testing function

Also randomize the padding in between src's lines (the padding
is not guaranteed to be zero in actual usage) and use checkasm_randomize
for it instead of doing it one byte at a time.
