Configure: Skip dtraceobject on non-ELF platforms
dtrace -G generate an ELF object. On Darwin which uses Mach-O instead
of ELF, dtrace lacks a -G option there.
This may also apply to DTrace on Windows but just a guess as I
haven't checked.
Output of dtrace -G was redirected to /dev/null in commit 5fa8e144165
because it would error out. Revert back in case new issues develop
in the future and go undetected.
Systemtap's Python script named dtrace generates Python warnings without
this change on Linux.
Tested on macOS 26 and Ubuntu 26.04
