    Show more Analytics Overview metrics by default (#69757)

    feat(analytics): show ten Performance metrics by default on Overview

    Merchants rarely find the metrics hidden behind the Performance section's
    menu. Add Average order value, Returns, Discounted orders, Shipping and
    Gross sales to the default set; the compact grid from #69224 keeps the
    section readable at this size. Users who customized the section keep
    their saved selection.
